JOBS

We are responsible for voluteener shifts for both A & B Finals.  You are only required for the meet you are attending, but if you are interested in checking out A finals and want to voluteneer, I won't say no. We need all spots filled.

B Finals Specific

Parking is going to be hard. There is extra parking at St Gerts or Madeira Middle School. 

It is also crowded. We will have wranglers, but help them out. 8&us, I am going to give the wranglers the parent cell phones, to help find the swimmers. 

Please also minimize going behind the blocks. It is packed back there. 

A Finals Specific

On deck parent volunteers (or coaches) need to supervise 12 and under swimmers in the warm-down pool at all times. Safety is our priority. No horseplay in the warm down pool or swimmer risks removal from the meet.

Parents will be in the stands. Deck Parents and volunteers also help get kids to blocks/clerk of course. 

Clerk of course will be set up for 8&u only. Madeira will be in charge of this area. We will help show the 8&us where to go, and deck parents will help. 

ABSOLUTELY NO COACHES behind the blocks. We are the parent volunteers to help the kids. Behind the block parents please wear a bright colored shirt (if you can so the kids can find you for help).  Remind kids quiet behind the blocks. 

Deck Parents - Remind kids to not eat messy food or drink on deck and clean up after themselves. Reminder that on deck parents should bring themselves a chair. No early admission (we will be busy setting up and early arrivers are in the way). 

Reminder to bring $ for concessions and tshirt sales. Swimville will also be present. 

No using the outdoor swimming pool. 

Athletes will get one warning. If they need a second, they will be asked to leave the meet.
