All athletes are invited to join us Friday morning at KSTC for a team building event provided by one of our sponsors! KSTC athletes can enjoy donuts and a craft before or after their regularly scheduled practice times. 

We are going to have regular age group practices tomorrow and pivot to The stroke clinic next week following the meet.
